Meet Lisa Redmon, the driving force behind Redmon Wines. Originally hailing from the close-knit community of Saint Helena, California, Lisa’s journey in the wine industry has been deeply rooted in her upbringing.
In the early 1970s, Lisa’s family relocated to Saint Helena, where they purchased and operated the local A&W Restaurant for an impressive 35 years. Growing up in a hardworking family, Lisa imbibed the values of dedication and a strong work ethic from an early age.
After completing her college education in Finance at the University of San Francisco, Lisa ventured into the corporate world, gaining experience in sales and business development for over a decade. However, her entrepreneurial spirit beckoned her back to Napa Valley, where she returned home to contemplate her next venture.
Back in her hometown, Lisa discovered a small vineyard that her family had acquired with the proceeds from their restaurant. This serendipitous encounter ignited the spark within her to establish Redmon Wines. Drawing from her business acumen and passion for wine, Lisa embarked on a remarkable journey of crafting small-lot, artisanal wines of unparalleled quality.
