A little about Lisa…
I moved to Saint Helena with my family in the early 1970’s. I graduated high school here, and then worked in our family restaurant until it was time to leave St. Helena to continue my education. I decided to attend the University of San Francisco. After graduation, I stayed in the Bay Area and worked in sales and marketing for the technology and financial industries. Ten years into my career, I realized I wanted to return to “paradise” in the Napa Valley. My husband Scott and I moved to St. Helena, and began Redmon Wines soon after.
…and her husband, Scott
I grew up in Utah, in a family of farmers and agriculture. My first jobs were picking fruit in the family orchards, bailing hay, and working at my grandparents’ dairy farm. As an undergraduate, I studied microbiology and chemistry – little did I know then these studies would apply to winemaking later in life! I then completed a Masters of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While pursuing my career in sales and marketing, I met Lisa. We settled in the Napa Valley, and it was here that I discovered a true passion for making and producing premium wines.
