Redmon Wines was excited to show our wines at a dinner for 75 people in San Clemente, CA last weekend at the Bella Collina Gold and Country Club. The club was beautiful and the food was amazing.
The Chef paired our 2009 Chardonnay with Diver Scallops, Baby Brussel Sprout Hash, Sweet Pumpkin and Puree and Bacon Vinaigrette. The 2008 Cabernet Blend paired beautifully with Lamb Tenderloin Roasted Acorn Squash, Romanesco And Port Wine Syrup. Everyone was thrilled with the menu and we had a beautiful evening.
