We've Bottled Our First Chardonnay!!

Redmon Wines is excited to announce that we have our first Chardonnay in bottle!! Our team worked hard this morning to bottle a total of 185 cases. The wine will release in early 2009 and we are thrilled with the finished results.

When we first started thinking about producing a Chardonnay, Scott and I agreed we wanted to offer a wine that had a nice balance of Oak and butter and yet still had some of the clean, fresh characteristics. We worked hard to come up with a "recipe" that worked and we hope that you will really be able to enjoy this new addition to our portfolio.

We are also excited about the new packaging that compliments the new look and feel of the Redmon 2006 Cabernet. Stay tuned to see a picture of the new bottle....

We are doing it big this year with BBQ in the vineyards, music from a local rock/blues trio, Sweet Burgundy, tours of our Ghost Winery and pours of our 2006 Cabernet. You will also get to share in a preview our newest project – our 2008 Chardonnay which will release in the Spring.
