Redmon Wines announces availability of the inaugural vintage of their first Cabernet Blend. A blend of 80% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot, and 10% cabernet franc rounds out this fruity and approachable wine. The fruit for this wine is sourced from some of the best small, family farms in the upper Napa Valley.

The foundation of this elegant wine was grown on a small block of organically farmed cabernet sauvignon. Located in Rutherford, the vineyard is nestled just along the tree line at the edge of the western valley floor. The gentle slope to the west protects the ripening fruit from the hot afternoon sun allowing for slower, consistent ripening of each fruit cluster. Smaller lots of merlot and cabernet franc were hand sorted and fermented to balance and complement this rock solid, organic blend.
