We had the chance to host a dinner in Beverly Hills with celebrity chef Jack Lee last week. Baronness Kimberly Moore, CEO of The Echoleon Club invited us to participate. Her organization helps fund art programs for schools in Los Angeles as well as other needs in her area.
Jack's menu was amazing and paired with the wines beautifully. He started with Seared Jumbo Prawn & Scallop over Saffron Tomato Broth With Taro Square and Baby Arugula and ended with Filet Mignon with Perigeaux Sauce,Pommes Dauphinois, Baby Heirlooms Tomatoes & Asparagus.
